Please note that for extra permits, you will be asked to prove the residence of each person for whom an additional permit is requested. City staff will investigate the availability of off-street parking on the property.
Acceptable proofs of residence include the following:
- A copy of a signed lease agreement with all tenants listed
- A phone, cable, internet, utility, or other bill validating residents' names
- Vehicle registration showing a Cragmor neighborhood address
By clicking the "Submit" button, the applicant acknowledges that he or she is aware of the following:
A parking permit or pass allows bearers to park on-street during "no parking" times. Bearers are, however, still subject to parking laws by which all citizens must abide. These laws include, but are not limited to, the forbiddance or parking within 5 feet of a driveway and in front of a fire hydrant.
Vehicles parked on the street in parking-restricted neighborhoods during managed times will receive a ticket, unless they bear a legal parking permit or pass.
Though a car is required to use a pass on streets during managed parking times, vehicles of residents and their guests may park on the residents' property at no penalty.
Abuse of issued passes, including but not limited to selling, renting, and counterfeiting of parking passes, may result in the revocation of permit privileges.
