Beginning May 21, 2024, the public is invited to review and comment on the City's Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) on outcomes of funding from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the 2023 program year. 

The draft 2023 report will be available for public review from May 21, 2024-June 5, 2024, online by visiting the Housing and Community Vitality Department website at The draft report will also be available at the following locations Monday through Friday during normal business hours: Community Development Division, 30. S. Nevada Ave., Suite 701, Office of the City Clerk, 30 S. Nevada Ave., Suite 101, and City Hall, 107 N. Nevada Ave.

Any individual, group, or agency may submit written comments on the 2023 annual report to the Colorado Springs Housing and Community Vitality Department at 30 S. All comments received on or before June 5, 2024, will be considered by the department. Comments should specify they are addressing the 2023 CAPER.
