2024 Entry Level Firefighter and Entry Level Firefighter Paramedic Required Documents Upload Links.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY!

It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that their uploaded certifications are valid when the hiring list is pulled on August 7th, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

Candidates must upload all certifications using the Sharefile links below.

• Entry Level Firefighter Candidates should upload their:
  • EMT Card
  • CPR Card
  • CPAT Certificate
• Entry Level Firefighter Paramedic Candidates should upload their:
  • Paramedic Card
  • CPR & ACLS Card (PALS is you have it but not required)
  • CPAT Certificate
• Do Not Submit Expired Certifications.
• Only Submit Certifications asked for by CSFD.
• Upload Documents as a PDF with a File Name of Last Name_First Name_Form Title. (E.g., Smith_James_NREMT-B)
• Upload ALL Documents Separately to the Appropriate Link.

Once Uploaded You Will See the word Uploaded in Green and you will get a Confirmation Email. Please keep this email for your records.
