How to create your account

1. Visit ColoradoSprings.gov/CreateAccount. (you're already here!)
2. Click on the "Create Account" button.
3. You’ll be redirected to the updated PRCS registration system.
4. Select the activity titled “Click Here to Create Your Account” and click "Register for Session."
5. Click "Sign-Up" next to “Don’t have an account?”

*Important: You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Parents or guardians should create an account on behalf of their family and will be asked to provide their birthdate when creating an account.

6. Enter your personal details and select "Create Account."
7. Check your email for a verification code from support@amilia.com. Enter the code and click "Verify."
8. Click "Accept" to share your information and link your account to PRCS.
9. To add family members, click "Add Another Person." You can include adults and children.
10. After adding all family members, select each person's name and the "Checkout" button will appear.
11. Review the Terms and Conditions, select "I Agree," and click "Proceed to Checkout."
12. Enter the required personal details for the account holder and all family members.
13. Click "Proceed to Payment" to finalize registration.
14. Success! You're registered!

Additional optional registration steps

Want to make sure your account is completely ready to go for when program registration opens on January 15th? Take these additional steps to get fully set up:

1. Log in to your account and add a credit card to your account to automate future payments 
2. Click the Wallet tab to add and manage payment information 
3. Click Add a credit card
4. Enter your information and save 
5. Add "Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services" to the list of Authorizations for the card. This allows us to charge the card when making a purchase on your behalf, update an expired credit card at checkout, and pay off an outstanding balance.
