Long Range Planning

The Long Range Planning (LRP) Division, based in the City Administration Building, oversees policy, data management, and community planning for the City of Colorado Springs.  This includes the maintenance of the City’s comprehensive plan, PlanCOS, and directives thereof such as the RetoolCOS and AnnexCOS projects and the Neighborhood Planning program.  The Division regularly coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate planning for the future of the City.

I am most connected to Colorado Springs when I am hiking on any of the trails in the region.  On the trail and in life the views are worth the effort.
